Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation made on a confirmed booking, 7 days prior to departure date or No-Show, full charge applied.
The tour is operational in all weather conditions except during storms or typhoons. In case of cancellation, you will be given the option to book an alternative date.

Please arrive 1 hour before ferry schedule to check in for your ferry ride and the immigration.
Ferry Schedule for Batam Fast: Available only on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
Ferry Schedule : Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal – Nongsa Ferry Terminal at 1500hrs (ST)
Ferry Schedule : NPT to TMFT at 1250 hrs.(Batam Time)
No refunds will be issued for late arrivals and no shows.
